Bachelors or Master’s degree in administration, economics, or related fields;
At least 3 year of general office experience performing the full range of office support duties is required;
High level of initiative, creativity and resourcefulness;
Decision making and problem solving skills;
Project Management skills;
Strong experience in working with the outsource services (catering, cleaning, security, maintenance and etc.);
Solid knowledge of processes, protocols and procedures with a focus on budget, account and fund management;
Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques;
Strong experience in evaluation of productivity and cost-effectiveness of operations, workflow and equipment;
Strong planning and budgeting skills;
Strong analytical skills;
Good Negotiation skills;
Solid interpersonal communication skills including verbal and written, active listening, critical thinking, persuasiveness, advising and counseling skills.
Personnel management of labor contract(s) and personnel policy;
Knowledge of general construction and maintenance materials is preferable;
Knowledge of Azerbaijani (Fluent), Russian (intermediate) and English (upper intermediate);
Good knowledge of Office programs (Excel; Power point; Visio and etc.)

Required competencies:

Good experience in automation and data analysis;
Ability to work under pressure and meet the set deadlines;

Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordination of functions of the outsource companies:
Periodic analyses and monitoring of the performance and taking actions for the improvement of the services;
Taking actions for the solving of the issues and problems of the internal customers in regard of the provided services;
To increase the satisfaction of the customers together with the outsource companies periodically perform establishment of new products, promotions and services;
Perform the periodic status meetings with the vendor companies;
Management and coordination of the security service;
Management and coordination of the maintenance works;
Perform cost control and analyses of the service offers and use the best practice;
Keep up to date with best practice;
Management and daily monitoring of group functions;
Identify additional areas for analysis and improve of group processes;
Perform the analysis of the surveys and work out the improvement plan;
Provision of the necessary trainings and working on improvement of the group;
Performing of the recruiting process and trainings when necessary;
Writing of the technical requirements and automation of the processes when necessary;
Preparation of the reports weekly and monthly;
