Main Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferably Business Administration, Law or International Relations from a reputable university,
• Work experience in a similar position with hands-on contract preparation and management,
• Experienced on usage of ERP (SAP will be an asset),
• Analytical mind with strong planning, organizational and negotiation skills,
• Strong problem solving, decision making and analytical thinking skills,
• Commercial attitude and desire,
• Exhibits good communication skills and can work effectively at all levels, both internally and externally,
• Good reporting and presentation skills,
• Self-motivated and result oriented,
• Proficiency in English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint),
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

As a part of our Finance team, we are seeking for Procurement Specialist who will be responsible for:

• Performs the procurement activities within the framework of company policy and procedures,
• Negotiates supplier quotations and contracts to obtain favourable prices, terms and conditions of payment and service levels,
• Builds relationships with suppliers and analyses price trends and plans timely delivery,
• Evaluates overall revisions, price and past performance of each contract and approves price increases,
• Executes SAP MM Module and ensures consistency of authorization of purchase requisitions via SAP, request for quotation, purchase orders and contracts,
• Supports the budgeting process,
• Prepares periodical procurement reports,
