We are currently looking for candidate to fill Customer Services Representative position.
• Coordinating the provision of Loyalty and Gift cards to the stores as well as preparation and delivery of cards and other related duties
• Observing and evaluating according grids customer’s service by e-store to ensure customer service standards
• Handling and resolving customers` complaints.
• Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries of the clients
• Keeping accurate data or records of discussions and correspondence with customers
• Producing written information/comments to the customers; often involving in use of social networking
• Effective and close cooperation with other departments of the Company, such as Sales, Marketing, and Legal
• Assist Customer Services Manager with the daily work scope related to improvement of Customer Care/Services department
• Higher education (Bachelor degree)
• Fluent in Azeri, English and Russian
• Good knowledge of MS Office programmes
• Good communication and analytical skills
